1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, Discord server, ticket system, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

• Flake Studios provides digital services including but not limited to video editing and Minecraft server-related services.
• All services are provided on a project or subscription basis as agreed upon prior to commencement.
• Custom services may be offered at Flake Studios' sole discretion.

3. Client Conduct

• Clients must maintain respectful and professional conduct toward staff and community members.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, abusive behavior, or misconduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Flake Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for violations of this section without refund.

4. Service Requests & Client Responsibilities

• Clients must submit accurate, complete, and clear project details, including references, deadlines, and requirements.
• Flake Studios is not liable for delays, errors, or dissatisfaction arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
• Excessive messaging, spamming, or unauthorized contact with staff may result in service denial.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are base prices and may vary depending on complexity, urgency, or scope.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Failure to complete payment will result in non-delivery or suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are permitted only if work has not commenced.
• Once work has started, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, satisfaction, or project termination.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent service bans.

7. Deliverables & Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables will be provided via Discord or another agreed platform.
• Source files, raw files, project files, or configuration files are not included unless explicitly purchased.
• Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final deliverable for its intended purpose.
• Flake Studios retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing, or promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to project commencement.

8. Revisions

• Services include a limited number of revisions as specified at the time of purchase.
• Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
• Revisions outside the original project scope will be treated as a new service.
• Once final approval is provided, no further modifications will be made.

9. Confidentiality

• Flake Studios agrees to maintain confidentiality of client materials unless written consent is provided.
• Clients may not copy, resell, redistribute, or disclose Flake Studios' work or internal materials without permission.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Flake Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• All services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond agreed deliverables.
• Flake Studios' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

11. Termination

• Flake Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms.
• Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund if work has commenced.

12. Modifications

Flake Studios may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
